Rope toy? He pulls the threads out until it is basically a pile of thread.
Many friends and family members have bought Toby a toy just to see how he brutally tears it apart like a Tyrannosaurus Rex. At this point Toby gets because of his killer instinct rarely or never new toys.
When we saw that BarkBox was offering a Super Chewer box designed specifically for tough chewers like Toby, we were curious. Would the toys and goodies last? We had to find out.
Super Chewer Review
Super Chewer arrived in a well designed box with the slogan "Let's chew it". I liked the setting, but I was still skeptical that the items in this box could withstand the beast of an animal that is my dog.
The box contained two toys, both made from very strong, durable rubber, and after feeling the materials, I knew they could stand a chance against Toby.
Also included were four different treats: two sachets of small dog treats, one turkey and the other duck; a roasted beef steak; and a salmon bar.
Toy # 1 - "Oakley the Acorn" toy
The first toy was a delightfully shaped glans attached to a durable rope. Immediately, Toby wanted to play tug of war, and we had a lot of fun wrestling.
But as soon as Toby took the toysickle away from me, he was on his way to the races ready to destroy them. I watched him chew, bite and gnaw with all his strength.
The only damage was finally a few punctures.
